Provide individuals who can live independently with access to the community, personal care assistance and access to pay bills, grocery shop and medical care.

Provide participants needing oversight and/or supervision assistance help with activities of daily living such as bathing, meal preparation, eating, dressing, shopping, leisure activities, community integration and light housekeeping.

Provide caregivers relief in caring for loved ones by rendering companionship, personal care services, meal preparations and leisure activities.

Provides skilled care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse enabling the client to remain in his or her own home.
